Friends Camp Fees 2010
Early Bird Fees The Early Bird Sign Up time is between December 1, 2009 and January 31, 2010. These lower rates, $740.00 for two weeks and $385.00 for one week, are for families that are able make the full payment before 1/31/2010. (The Early Bird fee for the Mott Family Camp is $20 off per person). Please remember that Paypal payments or letters with a check need to be dated prior to midnight on 1/31/2010.
Regular Youth Camp Fees
Two-Week Sessions (Dyer, Fox, Fell, and Jones Camps): $760.00 Two-Week Session (Drama Camps I, II, and III): $760.00 One-Week (Jones Camp) Session: $395.00 Extra Fell Camp Baxter State Park Trip: $40.00 Stay over fee between sessions: $100.00
Mott Family Camp (One Week)
Adults/Teens $300.00, Youth (7-12) $250.00, Young Children (4-6) $175.00, and Birth to 3 Free Adults/Teens Tenting $250.00, Youth Tenting $200.00, Young Child Tenting $125.00 Deposit for Mott Family Camp is $200.00.
Deposit For the two-week youth camp sessions, the deposit is $200.00 (non-refundable and non-transferable) For the one-week Jones Camp sessions, the deposit is $100.00 (non-refundable and non-transferable) For families applying for a campership, the deposit is $50.00 (non-refundable and non-transferable)
Late fees A late fee of $20.00 will be charged on all unpaid bills and for new registrations that come in after June 6, 2010.
Refunds We do not offer refunds for any cancellation within four weeks of the start of a session or after June 27, 2010. We will offer a refund of $400 on a two-week session and $200 on the one-week Jones sessions. For the Mott Family Camp we will refund 50 percent of the fee if the cancellation is made before June 27, 2010.
Transportation Fees Van (One Way) Augusta $30.00, Bangor $60.00, Portland $60.00 Bus trip to Smithfield $90.00, Portsmouth $75.00, Portland $60.00
Other Fees Work Weekend Food: $15.00 per person over 6 years old (optional) Lost Property Mail Return: $15.00; sleeping bags and other large items $20.00 Laundry: Free (We do not have laundry service for the one-week camps.)
